Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy:

WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES will provide digital marketing services and development services to the client, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMO, WordPress Development, Shopify Development and Influencer Marketing. These services will be provided on a monthly basis, with progress reports and team calls scheduled regularly. Other services will be outsourced to our vendors.

Compensation:

The client will pay a monthly retainer fee, due on the first day of each thirty-day period. WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES will receive a commission based on the advertising budget managed, as displayed in the Google ads. The client cannot hold monthly fees even if the campaign is paused or live before the end of the contract. The client may cancel the service agreement with a written notice of fifteen business days, and they will not be charged for this notice period.

For Any Website Development Work: Clients need to provide a 50% advance payment to start the contract otherwise no fulfillment and timelines will be delivered by Webgeosoln IT Services.

Refund Policy:

WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES  does not guarantee any specific level of performance or results, and it does not provide refunds for services rendered.

Cancellation of Service:

The client may cancel the service agreement by providing fifteen business days’ notice, and they will not be charged for this notice period. WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES  reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, and services will continue until the end of the thirty-day period.

Liability Waiver:

The client waives does not have any right to hold WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES responsible for any damage and liability that may arise from its actions on behalf of the client. There will be risks with the services we provide.

Service Interruption:

WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by an occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to laws, proclamations, ordinances, regulations, or platform service interruptions. In the event of a service interruption, either party may terminate the agreement upon ten days’ written notice.

Suspension of Ad Accounts:

If Google or Facebook terminates the client’s advertising account, WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES is not responsible, and the client agrees to hold WEBGEOSOLN IT  SERVICES harmless in the event of the client’s ad account being terminated. The client agrees to attempt to reactivate the account or set up a new advertising account to allow WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES to continue its work under this agreement, and WEBGEOSOLN IT SERVICES agrees to cooperate and assist to the best of its ability.
